That Summer Night

Synopsis

“The way you look at me… it hasn’t changed. Just like ten years ago.” Ten years ago— a burning summer. That’s when she first met Tae-hyuk. And eight years ago— a winter so cold it hurt. That’s when she abandoned him. “Even if you stabbed me in the back… even if you erased my child… I’m saying I still won’t let you go.” “……” “That bastard came all this way just to ask about you.” Beneath Tae-hyuk’s deeply set eyes, a dangerous light flickered. In the heavy silence, filled only with the sound of rain brushing past their ears, neither Tae-hyuk nor Seo-yoon seemed willing to look away. “I’m not leaving. Not for you.” “……” “Even if it kills me, I’m not going.” Eight years later, they meet again in the heart of summer. A man who refuses to let go—Tae-hyuk. A woman who wants nothing more than to run—Seo-yoon. A midsummer romance of obsession, regret, and longing.
